I am writing to thank you for cleaning my beige woollen carpets so well; I am delighted with the results. I had not had them cleaned before and was worried about some marks as well as concerned that there might be some shrinkage after the extraction steam cleaning process.
Clean Options provided a prompt estimate for the work and advised when the work could be carried out. I telephoned and arranged an appointment to suit and was very pleased that the operator, Peter Lucas, arrived punctually at the agreed time. He very thoroughly and carefully worked on the carpets; I am amazed at how beautifully they have come up, as good as new.
